This full-time benefited position will be accountable for continuous improvement in quality of care and service, and efficient use of staff and referral resources to achieve the mission of Interfaith CHC. As a member of the senior management team, they will contribute to the organizational and strategic planning of the organization and be responsible for supervising a staff of 80 or more FTE. The ideal candidate will have at least five years progressive management experience, preferably in a primary care medical group or community health center environment. They must demonstrate a strong knowledge of process improvement and facilitation, excellent communication and problem solving skills, and have a commitment to ‘teamwork’.
This full-time, benefited position leads, manages, and supervises the clinical team, as well as provides comprehensive, coordinated, primary and preventive health care services to a diverse & underserved patient population across the lifespan, the majority with comorbiditiy or dual diagnoses. In performing this work, the Medical Director ensures execution of our mission of "Assuring Access to High Quality Affordable Health Care for All". Ideally, this position would spend 30% of their time on administrative duties and 70% of their time on clinical duties. The ideal candidate will be a primary care medical physician or ARNP with strong leadership skills and clinical experience in a community health center. Candidates with similar experiences in other settings would be welcome.

This includes assessing patient needs for specialty referrals and diagnostic & in-patient care, educating patients and families regarding health issues and prevention, and completing accurate and timely chart notes. Our providers do not currently perform hospital work and have a minimal call schedule. This full-time, benefited position provides comprehensive assessment, case management, consultation and treatment for a wide range of behavioral health issues in a community health center setting. Previous experience working with screening tools, brief treatment (e.g. CBT, PST-PC), crisis intervention, complex and chronic mental illness, and substance abuse in a multi-disciplinary team setting is required. Working knowledge of community resources, electronic medical records, and Child Mental Health Specialist status is preferred.
This full-time, benefited position will assist our dental providers in expanded-duty dentistry while maintaining a positive, courteous climate for patients and employees. This part-time, partially-benefited position will work to provide optimum periodontal and hygiene services and oral health education to patients at our Ferndale clinic. This position will work at least 20 hours per week assisting the HR Department with daily operations and projects. It will begin as a temporary, non-benefited position to fill in for a 3-month leave-of-absence with the opportunity for regular, benefited employment in January 2011.
