This full-time, benefited position leads, manages, and supervises the clinical team, as well as provides comprehensive, coordinated, primary and preventive health care services to a diverse & underserved patient population across the lifespan, the majority with comorbiditiy or dual diagnoses. In performing this work, the Medical Director ensures execution of our mission of "Assuring Access to High Quality Affordable Health Care for All". Ideally, this position would spend 50% of their time on administrative duties and 50% of their time on clinical duties. The ideal candidate will be a primary care medical physician or ARNP with strong leadership skills and clinical experience in a community health center. Candidates with similar experiences in other settings would be welcome.
This position provides quality dental care to Interfaith Community Health Center patients. The majority of patients will be ages 0-18 years. Direct patient care predominates, but dentists also perform minimal supervision of staff and business duties.

This full-time, benefited position assists in daily patient management as part of a multi-disciplinary patient care team. Work is performed in an outpatient clinic following a community-oriented primary care model. Patient contact is mainly over the telephone performing triage and care management with patients as well as seeing patients face-to-face.
This part-time, benefited position assists the Human Resources Director with the daily operations and work plan of the Human Resources Department. This position is based in Bellingham, but position responsibilities may require travel to satellite clinics.
This part-time, benefited position engages in consultation with primary care physicians in a community health setting; assesses the behavioral health of ICHC patients and develops treatment plans; provides crisis oriented, solution focused therapy to patients; organizes and facilitates groups and work in collaboration with the BH director on program development; assists the BH director in supervision of BH interns; and may provide long term therapy to patients diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.
This full-time, benefited position coordinates clinic appointments, provides reception services for patients, assists the Practice Manager in business performance, and represents the clinic in all patient interactions.
This full-time, benefited position manages all accounts receivable ensuring proper coding, billing and collection of patient accounts, & efficient electronic & paper claim submissions; this includes supervising a staff of 5.
This full-time, benefited position provides technical and clerical assistance to dental providers in provision of clinical dental care. This includes assisting providers in all aspects of general dentistry; sterilizing and maintaining instruments, equipment and operatories; filling out necessary paperwork; and assisting with office duties as requested.

This part-time, benefited position will work 24 hours per week providing administrative support to the Practice Manager & Nursing Supervisor.
This full-time benefited position is responsible for screening ICHC patients without insurance to provide them with enrollment assistance, insurance education, and community resources; orienting patients regarding ICHC policies and procedures; and welcoming patients into the clinic. The CSR is also responsible for tracking and reporting of various data related to access to care.
