ICHC accepts Healthy Options, Medicare, Medicaid, the Basic Health Plan, DSHS coupons, and most private insurance. For people who do not have insurance we discount our charges on a sliding fee scale based on household size and income. No one is ever denied services because of an inability to pay.

Your Community Health Center

ICHC is local, non-profit health care provider that is part of a national network of community health centers (CHCs). Also known as a federally qualified health center, our mission is to improve access to health care for everyone, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

Nationally, CHC’s costs of providing care rank among the lowest even while maintaining the highest standards of quality. CHCs reduce the need for more expensive in-patient and specialty care services, saving billions of dollars for tax payers.

One of the unique aspects of a CHC is patient involvement in service delivery. The majority of ICHC’s governing board of directors is made up of patients, serving as community representatives and making decisions on which services we provide. This active patient oversight assures responsiveness to local needs.
